MyBoyAdvance is an app on the Google Play Store for Android devices which supports Linking.
I have found a work around to the solution. The only issue, many people including myself have come across is trading Pokemon from one save file to another(e.g Ruby to Emerald) or to a friend's save file. Both emulators work flawlessly and work well with Dropbox Syncing. I have been using OpenEmu on OS X and GBA4iOS on my iPad to play Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Ruby, and FireRed.
